Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Long Term Acute Care • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/16/2026 • Duration: 14 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, days • Employment Type: Travel Provide direct clinical care to a variety of skilled and long-term care patients/residents. Assess patients according to established guidelines, and assign appropriate staff based on patient needs and staffing matrix. Assess patient's physical and psycho social needs and implement a plan of care to address the needs. Transcribe/implement physician orders in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in department quality improvement activities as needed. Comply with mandated hospital and department education programs. Assist in the delivery of programs as requested. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
