Our LTC / SNF provides a supportive and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate RN to join our team. Required Skills : \tCurrent RN licensure in the state of South Dakota \t1+ year of experience in LTC / SNF or related field \tStrong assessment and critical thinking skills \tAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams \tCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Nice to Have Skills : \tExperience with gerontological nursing principles \tKnowledge of medical-surgical nursing \tBLS certification \tFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) Preferred Education and Experience : \tBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred \t2+ years of experience in LTC / SNF or related field Other Requirements : \tTravel requirements : up to 13 weeks, with varying shifts (3x12's nights) \tLocal pay rate : $34 / hour, with opportunities for overtime \tTravel pay rates : $23 / hour, $40 / hour, and $1200 / week Be part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of seniors.
