Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: LTAC - Long Term Acute Care • Discipline: LPN / LVN • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel 🏥 LPN – LTC / Acute | Big Timber, MT Join Pioneer Medical Center, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, serving a close-knit Montana community where teamwork, flexibility, and broad clinical skills are valued. 📍 Facility Information Facility: Pioneer Medical Center Location: Big Timber, MT Hospital Type: Critical Access Hospital (25 beds) Specialty: LPN – LTC / Acute Openings: 1 Contract Length: 8 Weeks ➡️ 30-day extensions available after initial contract Shift: Nights Start Date: 12/29 💰 Pay Packages Travel Package (with stipend): • Regular Pay: $15/hr • Weekly Stipend (Meals + Housing): $1,246/week • 👉 Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,786/week • Overtime Rate: $60/hr Local Package: • Regular Pay: $40/hr • Overtime Rate: $60/hr 🏠 Housing Information • Female housing available: Private bedroom with shared living space and bathroom • Male housing: Separate option may be available • Shared housing with fellow travelers ✅ Requirements ✔ Active LPN license with no encumbrances ✔ BLS certification ✔ Comfortable working in a Critical Access Hospital ✔ Flexible, independent, and clinically confident 🩺 Role Summary This is a true critical access role where the LPN supports multiple areas: • Primary unit: Long Term Care (≈18 residents) • Medication administration and assessments • Assist on Med/Surg when RN is pulled to ER • If experienced, may assist in ER as needed This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys variety, autonomy, and rural healthcare practice. 🌄 Why Big Timber, MT?
