Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, mobility support, and collaboration with the orthopedic care team. This is a 12-hour shift position (days/nights), with possible floating within unit acuity. Compliance onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks. Voice advantage and nurse manager interviews are required. Scheduled shifts must be made up if called out.
