The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Med Surg • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 03/03/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel • May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse • Coordinates total nursing care for patients • Participates in patient and family teaching • Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting EMR: Cerner Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22 Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need. This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. 8hrs non-billable orientation Call-back, Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25% Call: 4/hour Charge: 3/hr Submission Requirements NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION! Traveler must be willing to float to any unit within their scope of practice BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED 48hr guarantee is not available for this need • 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - [Required] • May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice • CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED] • Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required] • Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN [preferred] • This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. • Perm address must be included in traveler profile • Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal.
