Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Med Surg • Discipline: RN • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel START ASAP BILL RATE: $70 SHIFT: NIGHTS 645P-715A NO CALL FLOATING REQUIRED RTO - PLEASE REQUEST WITH SUBMISSION AND DAYS TO BE MADE UP AT END OF CONTRACT BLOCK SCHEDULE - MUST REQUEST WITH SUB AND DISCUSS WITH DIRECTOR NO 48 HOUR REQUIREMENTS: BLS ACLS 2 year's experience required Tele experience TN LICENSE NUMBER OF BEDS- 34 PATIENT RATIO - 1:6 1:7 SCRUB COLOR - ROYAL BLUE EMR - CERNER TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY Healthtrust Workforce Solutions CHS Job ID #6-972927.
