Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend. Job Description This position requires a Charge RN to work in a 29-bed unit providing care to adults through geriatrics, specializing in orthopedic and medical-surgical patients. The unit is equipped for telemetry monitoring and has a physical therapy gym for patient rehabilitation. Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a high-volume unit. • Oversee nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities. • Utilize telemetry monitoring for patients as needed. • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members. • Implement and monitor care plans for a variety of surgical and medical patients. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a Charge RN role. • Previous travel experience is required. • BLS certification is required. • Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory. • Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam prior to compliance clearance.
