Pay Package: $26 per hour with $1,200 weekly stipend Shift: 7pm - 7am Required Skills • Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience • Current RN license in Louisiana (multistate) • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association • Proficiency in computer systems, software, and web-based applications • Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Demonstrated skill in utilizing the nursing process for patient care delivery • Ability to assess learning needs and implement appropriate educational strategies • Experience in team communication, delegation, and resource management • Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare laws, regulations, and standards Preferred Education and Experience • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Other Requirements • Ability to lift and exert physical effort, including heavy work as required for patient care and handling supplies • Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases • Compliance with all OSHA and safety protocols regarding hazardous materials and waste • Ability to adapt to the physical and environmental demands of a healthcare setting • An understanding of and adherence to compliance and privacy standards, including reporting unethical behavior or safety concerns Why Choose Medical Edge?
