Travel Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse - $2,203 per week in Asbury, IA

Certification Details • BLS • State Nursing License Job Details • Registered Nurse (RN) position specializing in Medical/Surgical care. • Job located in Dubuque, Iowa at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center, part of Trinity Health system. • Employment type is Long Term Assignment (LTA). • Schedule includes every third weekend shifts. Job Requirements • Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start. • American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel. • Must complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within the last year. • Must provide documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and physical/health statement within the last year. • Must complete various professional and background checks including criminal background, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO, and others within specified time frames. • Must complete Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, and System Access Form as required. • Must complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only). • Must have completed Trinity Skills Checklist and CORE Exam within the last year. Schedule Information • Every third weekend shift schedule. Additional Details • Fit Test required. • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days. • COVID-19 vaccine proof required with booster by September 2025 or declination/exemption (declination not accepted for CA or IL). • Positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for certain states, within 5 years for others.
