Registered Nurse – NeuroSpine Med Surg / Telemetry – Night Shift (72 or 96 hrs bi-weekly)

Fort Wayne, IN | Travel Contract | Night Shift 7P-7A

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Night Shift NeuroSpine Med Surg/Telemetry travel assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is ideal for an RN with strong neurological experience and confidence managing complex postoperative and high-acuity patients.

This contract offers competitive weekly pay and the opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Position Highlights
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 or 96 bi-weekly
• Schedule Requirements: Every other weekend and holidays required
• Block scheduling available
Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
• Neuro patient experience required
• Strong Neuro assessment abilities
• Experience with postoperative spine patients
• Telemetry background
• Critical thinking and emergency response capability
• Drain management, chest tube management, groin site care post-IR
Certifications Required
• Active RN License (Compact Accepted)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS
Unit Overview
• Patient Population: NeuroSpine, seizure, stroke, post-op trauma, post-ICU care, renal failure, DKA, telemetry
• Unit Size: 24 beds
• Patient Ratio: 1:5 or 1:6
• EMR: Cerner
• Floating required
• Scrub Color: Navy
