Job Requirements
• State License
Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications
BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience
1+ years of experience in Long Term Care in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment
LTC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References
1 Charge RN reference within the last 182 days. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
• COVID Vaccine
Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season)
Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract
Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible but will not receive a travel stipend.
