• Administer advanced patient care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced ICU setting.
• Monitor vital signs, manage life-support systems, and respond to emergent situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
