Estimated Weekly Salary Range:

$2,750 - $2,820

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience (3-5 years preferred)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Proficiency in STEMI/NSTEMI, angioplasty/angiography, ASD, PFO, right/left heart cath, and thrombectomy procedures

Electrophysiology (EP) experience preferred: pacemakers, generator changes, loop recorders, ICD lead revisions, cardioversions

Experience with EPIC and Mac Lab charting systems preferred

Ability to monitor, pan, scrub, and perform sheath pulls

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Registered Nurse Responsibilities – Cardiac Cath Lab

Deliver direct patient care during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures

Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures

Assist with complex cases including STEMI/NSTEMI, angioplasty, and cardiac device placements

Collaborate with physicians, techs, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document care and procedures using EPIC and Mac Lab systems

Participate in a supportive healthcare team environment with access to managers, supervisors, and educators

Float to EP lab as needed based on experience

Complete a comprehensive 2-day orientation for role readiness
