Unit Notes
- Patient assignment ratio: 1:20
- Dress code: Business casual / conservative
- No open-toed shoes
- Minimal/no perfume
- Lab coats acceptable
- Overnight services: RT & Pharmacy 24/7
- Floor-specific orientation:
- 4 days webinar charting
- 2 days preceptor
Requirements:
- 3 years Case Management/Care Coordination experience in an acute hospital within the last 5 years
- Arizona License or Multistate
- Discharge planning & utilization review required
- Proficient in Midas, InterQual (recent use), Microsoft Office
- BLS required (AHA)
