LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and providing leadership within the nursing team.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through the model of Shared Governance.
Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

We are looking for nurses with a passion for Surgical Nursing and Patient Advocacy. Our Baxter Health OR/CVOR has 13 operating rooms and averages 650 cases per month. Our cases include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Plastics, Ear Nose Throat (ENT), Urology and Gynecological (GYN) procedures. We have a highly skilled, dedicated team of patient advocates that work in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Technology: Davinci Surgical Robot; Navigational Spinal and ENT surgery; Hybrid OR for advanced vascular procedures, etc.

Job Requirements:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required. BSN Preferred.Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.Minimum of 3 years experience preferred.BLS required. ACLS and PALS are encouraged, but not required.Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.
