Responsibility: • Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety. • Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians. • Assess patients' vital signs and adjust treatment parameters as necessary. • Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and kidney disease management. • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nephrologists and technicians. • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. • Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean dialysis environment.
