Schedule: 4x9s (36 hours)

Assignment Length: 16 - 32 weeks

RTO: Up to 10 days can be approved

-Must work 2 of 3 holiday dates (12/24, 12/25, 1/1)

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 Years Experience with Chronic Outpatient Dialysis
• VT or Compact RN License
• Must be willing to float to other locations; this will not be expected to happen often if at all, but they must be able to

Scrub Color: Any

Patient Population: Ages 18-90+

Facility is open Monday through Saturday; closed Sundays
