Job Requirements
• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas or proper state authorization
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS; PALS and TNCC are a plus
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of nursing experience, with preference for critical access hospital experience and proficiency in med/surg and ER settings
• Other Requirements: Willingness to take ER patients (up to 2 per shift), ability to work nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), strong adaptability to a small hospital environment, excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to med/surg and ER patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort during night shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in CPSI electronic medical records, adhering to hospital policies.
• Execute emergency procedures and respond swiftly to ER patient needs, demonstrating adaptability in a small hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and report critical findings promptly to physicians and appropriate personnel.
