Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active NJ or Compact RN license (required at submission)
- Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MST) experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
- Flu vaccine required (no declinations)
- Ability to float between campuses and nursing units, including ED Hold units as needed
MST RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care primarily in Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MST) units, with floating to ED Hold units as needed
- Float between RMC and Hopewell campuses, adapting to various clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR system
- Comply with hospital policies, including vaccination and scheduling requirements
- Make up missed shifts within the same week per scheduling policy
