ER RN
Fort Belknap Service Unit
Little River Health Center, Harlem MT
Base Period 01 January 2026 to 31 March 2026
Option Period 01 April 2026 to 30 September 2026

Pay
• 60 per hour
• 90 overtime
• 1246 per week in per diems
• 500 travel allowance

Schedule
• 80 hours in a two week period
• 12.5 hour shifts
• Days 6am to 6:30pm
• Midday 10am to 10:30pm and 2pm to 2:30am
• Nights 6pm to 6:30am
• Scheduled overtime during shortages or transfers
• Thirty minute lunch break

Role
• Provide ER nursing care
• Triage patients and monitor status
• Manage emergencies and high acuity needs
• Support physicians and midlevel providers
• Complete documentation on time
• Follow all IHS protocols
• Cover ambulance transfers when assigned

Requirements
• Active RN license
• Two years recent ER experience
• Current BLS and ACLS
• PALS preferred
• Strong triage and IV skills

• Shifts rotate based on patient volume
