ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Fallon, Nevada.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: ED - Emergency DepartmentDiscipline: RNStart Date: 01/25/2026Duration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelOpportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department with a consistent weekly work schedule • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs • Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data and patient/family input • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and delegate appropriately to other personnel • Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records accurately and timely • Provide nursing supervision and direction to licensed and non-licensed personnel • Participate in education, orientation and mentoring of facility personnel and students • Must possess current, valid RN license in Nevada or compact RN licensure • BLS certification required • Minimum one year acute care hospital experience in Emergency Department required • Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area • Bachelor's degree preferred • Professional certification preferred • Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to Emergency Department Facility: This community hospital provides comprehensive emergency department services and maintains high standards for professional nursing practice.
