• Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
• Continuous IV sedation*

Cardiac / Emergency
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Management of dysrhythmias

IV Therapy / Phlebotomy
• Phlebotomy
• Starting and maintaining IVs

Respiratory
• Ventilated patients

Housing & Vehicle Information (Provided by Facility)
Housing
• Facility-provided housing (typically 1-bedroom apartment)
• Available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start
• Must be vacated within 24 hours after contract end
• No pets allowed
• Units fit only the traveler; additional family requires facility approval
• Unit must be fully cleaned at departure or cleaning fees will be billed
Vehicle
• Facility provides a vehicle or rental
• Available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start; return required within 24 hours after contract end
• Traveler only may operate the vehicle
• Traveler must provide:
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of insurance (must include rental car coverage)
• Vehicle use intended for local travel only (within 30-mile radius)
• Must be returned:
• Clean
• With full tank of gas
• Tire chains available at extra cost
• During extended time off, traveler must return the vehicle and will be reissued upon return to work
