Responsibilities: • Patient Care & Assessment: • Assess and monitor patient conditions regularly. • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments. • Develop and implement individualized care plans. • Documentation & Compliance: • Document all patient care and progress in the EMR. • Ensure patient safety and compliance with policies. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. • Education: • Educate patients and families on care plans and health.
