Now Hiring: Travel Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Western Maine – Norway area in Oxford County
Schedule: 13 weeks | Day shift – M-F 8-430 | Rotation every 5th weekend and holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities:
• Oasis admissions, all time points, episode management, Dr calls, coordination of care, and documentation in EMR timely
• Clinical competencies in wound care, IV ports, lab draws, chronic disease management, foley catheter, injections, and other nursing procedures
• Travel to multiple patient homes within the assigned geographic territory
• Will see 20-25 patients weekly with 4-5 visits per day on average. Distance will cover a 25-mile radius
• Will Float at times, when low census, to other territories to assist
• Dependable, accountable, compassionate, and positive attitude
Qualifications:
• Current Maine state or compact licensure required
• Current AHA BLS is required
• Knowledge of Medicare/insurance guidelines is Required
• Oasis Required
• 1-2 years of Home Health experience preferred
