Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
Respond effectively to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky or compact state.
Minimum of 2 + years recent ICU experience required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN certification preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills.
