Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit • Discipline: RN • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel Travel Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks (91 days) • Shift: Nights – 3×12 hours (7:30 PM – 8:00 AM) Unit Overview • Unit: ICU (3610-10160) • Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric • Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2 • Average Daily Census: 26 • Beds: 32 • Scrub Color: Navy Blue • Floating: Required within specialty and to lower acuity as needed • On-Call: None Required Qualifications • Active Maryland or Compact RN license (required at submission) • Minimum 2 years ICU experience • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required • TNCC preferred • Epic charting experience preferred • First-time travelers accepted • Trauma ICU and Neuro ICU experience preferred Compliance & Additional Notes • Locals under 50 miles not permitted • Two professional references required (1 supervisor + 1 charge RN acceptable) • RTO must be submitted upfront and cannot be modified after offer • Travelers are first to float within the hospital NSHSHC About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
