About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care in Taos, NM. This role involves caring for patients with complex medical needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe, evidence-based practice in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with ICU standards.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage life-support equipment.
• Document patient care accurately using Evident EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans.
• Respond to emergencies and provide advanced cardiac life support.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years ICU nursing experience.
• First-time travelers accepted.

Licensure & Certifications
• Current RN license (within 75-mile radius requirement).
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Preferred: NRP, PALS, TNCC.
