Position Summary:
The Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality patient care to intensive care patients using the nursing process in compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role involves anticipating patient needs, maintaining competency through continuing education, and guiding support staff to ensure effective patient outcomes.

BLS and ACLS (Required)
NIHSS (Required)
Preferred: IABP, Impella, PIRRT experience or certification
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience required
Travel experience required
Floating:
May float to Telemetry units based on hospital needs and ICU census
Schedule:
Night Shift: 19:00–07:00
Every Other Weekend required
On-call as needed, depending on census
