Job Description • Provide critical care nursing to patients with life-threatening conditions in the ICU. • Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and operate advanced medical equipment. • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. • Perform rapid assessments and interventions for deteriorating patients. • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospital care. • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
