We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
/ n / nResponsibilities / n
/ n
• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
/ n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
/ n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
/ n
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
/ n
/ n / nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure / n
/ n
• Currently licensed by NYS as a registered professional nurse.
/ n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required through the RQI system during clinical orientation.
/ n
• Basic Coronary Care certification within 6 months of hire; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
/ n
• Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association is recommended within 2 years of hire.
/ n
• TNCC certification recommended within 2 years of hire.
