Hyannis, Massachusetts (Cape Cod,
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 5, 2026 – End: April 4, 2026)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100 – $2250
• Healthcare Setting:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU); float between units
•
Hours:
36 hours per week, guaranteed
• Shift: 12-hour rotating night shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am), every other weekend, rotating holidays

Travel Registered Nurse (RN), W2 position
Registered Nurse Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Completion of pharmacology and basic arrhythmia exams (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Minimum 1 year of prior critical care nursing experience required
• Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), CCRN, TCAR, de-escalation certification, advanced skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and intracranial pressure monitoring
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
• Provide patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in ICU and CVICU settings
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Float between ICU and CVICU units to support patient care needs
• Direct and guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel
• Demonstrate proficiency in computerized nursing informatics systems
• Serve as a resource for patient care, orientation, and staff education
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with hospital policies
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required nursing documentation
