ICU Registered Nurse Job Details
• Location: Wailuku, Hawaii (96793) – Explore Maui’s stunning beaches, lush landscapes, and vibrant community while working in a top Hawaii healthcare facility.
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Job Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Start Date: September 15, 2025
• End Date: December 13, 2025
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1630 - $1750
ICU RN Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Hawaii or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time ICU nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
• Preferred: 2+ years of recent ICU experience
• Preferred: NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, CCRN certification, Dialysis/SLED experience
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to adult ICU patients
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions in the Intensive Care Unit
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
