• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (18:45 - 07:15)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/9/2026)
• Weekend Hours: As needed
• Call Requirements: Yes
• Float Requirements: Yes (float to other units as needed)
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• Unit Size: 16-bed ICU
• Patient Ratio: 2:1
• Electronic Health Record: Meditech
• Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1590-$1710
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arkansas or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to float to other hospital units as required
• Strong clinical skills in critical care, including IV pumps and ventilator management
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Experience with Meditech EHR preferred
ICU RN Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 16-bed ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Meditech electronic health records
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate ventilators and other critical care equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in rapid response situations
• Float to other hospital units and participate in on-call rotations as needed
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach to patient and family care
