Responsibilities:
• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions safely.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care processes.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
