Responsibilities: • Provide high-acuity care to critically ill or injured patients in the ICU. • Continuously assess and monitor patients' vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic stability. • Manage mechanical ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes, and other critical care equipment. • Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust care plans.
