Pay Package:
$62 per hour
Required Skills:
• Current and valid RN license in Louisiana (or multistate license)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or postpartum settings
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
• Ability to monitor and take vitals for mother and baby accurately
• Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring contractions
• Skill in identifying labor and delivery complications
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with physicians and care teams
• Compassionate and supportive approach to patient care
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Nursing diploma or higher in nursing education
• Prior experience in labor and delivery units within hospital settings
Other Requirements:
• Must hold active Louisiana RN license or equivalent multistate license
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts
• State law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment
