ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Montpelier, Vermont. Schedule Shifts are 12 hours, either 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Travelers are required to work every other weekend and may need to take on call shifts. Job Description The Women and Children’s Unit provides comprehensive care in Labor and Delivery, Newborn, and Postpartum settings. This role involves supporting high-quality patient care in a community hospital environment with LDRP experience. Responsibilities • Provide care for laboring patients and assist with deliveries and newborn care. • Manage patient load as appropriate, with a focus on couplets, and LDRP processes. • Participate in neonatal resuscitations and provide post-delivery care for newborns. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery, LDRP experience required. • Certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory. • ACLS and PALS (or PEARS) preferred. • Familiarity with Epic EMR required within the past 2 years.
