Travel Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Des Moines, IA

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Labor & Delivery 48's

Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x4, 48hrs per week, every 3rd weekend & Holiday rotation if scheduled

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
• IA/Compact License
• 1.5 years current L&D in hospital setting
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AWHONN
• NRP, EFM

Other Details:
• EMR: EPIC
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed one travel contract in previous 12 mos
• May float across all campuses to MB/PP/L&D units
• Radius rule: will accept locals within 50 miles
• Bed Size: 45 bed, 2 OR
• Patient Ratios: 1:1-2
• Patient Types: High Risk ob, antepartum, c-sections, vaginal deliveries
• Drips: magnesium, insulin, pitocin
• Scrubs: hospital provided
• Deliveries/month: 150 @ Methodist, 300-350 at Iowa Methodist
