Position Requirements: • Active, unencumbered license in AZ • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty • Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements • Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable) Job Responsibilities: • Provide nursing care to medical/surgical patients • Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions • Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status • Maintain current RN licensure and certifications • Follow established nursing protocols and facility policies • Ensure patient safety and quality care delivery • Participate in patient care planning and discharge planning • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers What is our culture?
