This role requires flexibility to work variable day and night shifts and delivers high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical environment. Candidates must have proven Med-Surg experience and strong clinical judgment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients. • Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in patient condition. • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. • Document patient care accurately and timely per policy and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
