The RN will deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients. • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond appropriately to changes in status. • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. • Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies. • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to ensure continuity of care. • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
