This role focuses on promoting workforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance within an organizational setting. Responsibilities • Conduct employee health assessments, screenings, and follow-up evaluations. • Administer vaccinations, tests, and treatments per occupational health protocols. • Monitor employee health status and coordinate referrals as needed. • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. • Collaborate with occupational health providers, HR, and leadership to support employee wellness initiatives. • Ensure compliance with infection control and workplace health standards. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – Required • Minimum 2 years of medicine/clinical experience – Required • EPIC EMR experience highly preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required License: Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required Facility Details • Employee Health / Occupational Health department supporting workforce clinical services Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
