Travel RN – Skilled Nursing / LTC

We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term travel assignment in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting in Iowa. This role is well suited for an RN who is confident in clinical decision-making and thrives in travel environments.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver and oversee nursing care for residents
• Perform assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Support and guide LPNs and nursing support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• Skilled nursing or LTC experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compliance validation required
