Registered Nurse – Med Surg / Telemetry (Nights)

Location: Concord, MA

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 4x12s | 48 hours per week

Schedule: Every other weekend & every other holiday

Start Requirement: Flu Vaccine required prior to start

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift position in Concord, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry and Meditech experience, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately.

Administer medications, treatments, and perform assessments per physician orders.

Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and communication.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN License (required)

BLS Certification (AHA or ARC required)

Minimum 3 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience

Telemetry & Meditech experience required

Must pass Telemetry test on first day of orientation

Flu vaccine (2024/2025) required prior to start

Schedule Details:

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Hours: 48 per week (4x12)

Rotation: Every other weekend & every other holiday
