Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Ketchum, ID Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,666 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Ketchum, Idaho, 83340! Shift Details • Shift Type: Nights • Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM • Shift Length: 12 hours • Floating • Required Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive Med Surg nursing care to pediatric and adult patients • Manage post op ortho, trauma, and surgical patients • Interpret and monitor telemetry rhythms • Administer medications, including mixing meds when required • Titrate drips: • Heparin • Set rate: Cardizem, Amiodarone • Initiate pressors (e.g., norepinephrine/levophed) for deteriorating patients prior to transfer • Work collaboratively with CNAs, providers, and virtual care team • Participate in floating as needed (helping hands/safety attendant) • Document accurately in EPIC About Lancesoft Inc Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
