Job Opportunity - Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Orthopedics - Colorado
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Location: Englewood, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio; 20-bed unit
Highlights:
• Orthopedic Medical Surgical unit with a diverse patient population including elective orthopedic and trauma patients
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated nursing staff focused on quality outcomes and exceptional patient experience
• 5-patient assignment supporting independent practice and clinical excellence
• EMR system: Meditech
• Seasonal travel assignment with immediate start date
• Night shift support team includes charge nurse and experienced RN staff
Requirements:
• Active RN license in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage 5-patient assignment
• Previous experience in surgical unit settings required
• Proficiency in dressing changes and aspiration procedures
• Pain management experience preferred
• Orthopedic nursing experience strongly preferred
