The Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse provides direct and specialized nursing care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring or medical/surgical care. The RN monitors telemetry rhythms, responds to changes in patient conditions, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
