Job Opportunity - Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse - Georgia
Start Date: January 19, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, weekend blocked schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday only). Holiday scheduling includes working either Christmas Day or the day before/after Christmas.Highlights:
• Level IV surgical NICU environment with complex, high-acuity patient population
• Work with neonates with diagnoses including CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-operative care
• Weekend-only block schedule offering work-life balance flexibility
• Opportunity to float to other departments within the hospital system and cross-campus NICU
• Orientation available in December or January
• Collaborative, advanced care team dedicated to critically ill neonatesRequirements:
• Active RN license in Georgia (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Level IV/surgical NICU experience strongly preferred
• PALS certification required
• NRP certification preferred
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
• Nicotine-free (testing required)
