EducationRequired -Associates degreePreferred -Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum of two years recent Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience
Strong background in high-acuity neonatal care: micro-preemies, surgical neonates, and complex medical cases
Experience with ventilators (conventional and HFV), nitric, cooling, and central line care
Ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients safely
Competent in neonatal resuscitation, critical drips, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Certifications Required -Current State of Louisiana RN License. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention InstituteNRP CertificationPreferred -Certification in clinical specialty area
