Responsibilities: • Prepare patients and the CVOR environment for cardiac surgeries. • Circulate or scrub during procedures, monitoring patient status and assisting the surgical team. • Administer medications and maintain sterile technique. • Document care, surgical details, and patient outcomes accurately. • Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care. • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CVOR staff.
